DJ Most Shale Companies Still Outspending Cash Flow

Only two of eight major US滴丸机 shale producers that have reported earnings this week generated enough cash from operations to pay for new investment and dividends. Collectively, the group outspent cash flow by more than $1B. ConocoPhillips (COP) and Devon Energy (DVN) were the only two that hit the mark. RSP Permian (RSPP), Anadarko Petroleum (APC), Newfield Exploration (NFX), Diamondback Energy (FANG), Noble Energy (NBL) and Encana (ECA) all spent more cash than they took in, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence.
